wh40kfigure.com is an authorized reseller of JoyToy officially licensed Warhammer 40,000 collectibles. Every figure we sell is a genuine, factory-sealed product manufactured by JoyToy under official license from Games Workshop plc.

What "officially licensed" means

JoyToy holds the global master license from Games Workshop to manufacture and distribute 1:18 scale collectible action figures based on the Warhammer 40,000, Horus Heresy, and Space Marine franchises. Their license covers use of Warhammer 40,000 characters, chapter iconography, weapons, and canonical designs. Every JoyToy figure ships in factory-sealed packaging that carries:

• The Warhammer 40,000 official license seal
• Games Workshop copyright notice (© Games Workshop Limited)
• The JoyToy holographic authenticity sticker
• Original product SKU matching JoyToy's catalog

Our sourcing

We source directly from JoyToy's authorized distribution channel in China. Every shipment is invoiced by an authorized JoyToy distributor and passes through customs with full commercial documentation. We do not sell replicas, reproductions, unofficial figures, 3D-printed copies, or unlicensed derivatives of any kind.

How to verify authenticity when your figure arrives

1. The outer box carries the Warhammer 40,000 official license seal (bottom-right corner)
2. The JoyToy logo appears on the box and instruction sheet
3. Copyright notice reads "© Games Workshop Limited. Warhammer 40,000, GW, Games Workshop, Space Marine and all associated logos, illustrations, images, names, creatures, races, vehicles, locations, weapons, characters, and the distinctive likenesses thereof, are ©, ™, and/or ® Games Workshop Limited, variably registered around the world, and used under license."
4. The plastic bubble carries JoyToy's manufacturer code (e.g. JT- prefix)

Warhammer 40,000, the Warhammer 40,000 logo, GW, Games Workshop, Space Marine, and all associated logos, illustrations, images, names, creatures, races, vehicles, locations, weapons, characters, and the distinctive likenesses thereof, are ©, ™, and/or ® Games Workshop Limited, variably registered around the world, and used under license by JoyToy. We do not claim any ownership of Games Workshop intellectual property; we resell physical, licensed products manufactured under that license.
