JOYTOY operates under formal license agreements with the intellectual property rights holders of the character universes it depicts. Every JOYTOY figure ships in factory-sealed packaging that carries:

Our sourcing

We source directly from JOYTOY's authorized distribution channel. Every shipment is invoiced by an authorized JOYTOY distributor and passes through customs with full commercial documentation. If you receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact help@wh40kfigure.com within 30 days for a full refund and return shipping paid by us.

All intellectual property rights in the characters, iconography, weapons, locations, races, and creative universe depicted on JOYTOY products belong to their respective rights holders and are used by JOYTOY under formal license agreements. wh40kfigure.com does not claim any ownership of these intellectual property rights. We are a physical-goods reseller of officially licensed products manufactured under valid intellectual property licensing agreements. All franchise names, logos, character names, and iconography that appear on the products themselves are the trademarks of their respective owners, used by JOYTOY under license.
