General Information
To help us deliver your order within the advertised time frames, please enter your shipping address accurately and completely, including any required apartment, building, or unit numbers and valid abbreviations. WH40k Figure is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages when an address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Processing Time
All orders require processing separate from transit time. Standard processing is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Address changes/cancellations can only be accommodated before an order ships. Please email help@wh40kfigure.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Origin: Most orders ship from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong International Airport (HKG).
Estimated transit time: 8–15 business days for most destinations.
Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
Notes: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. Weather, customs inspections, holidays, natural events, or carrier capacity may cause delays. WH40k Figure does not guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in carrier custody.
Split Shipments & Preorders
Orders containing in-stock and preorder items may ship together when all items are available (default).
If you would like in-stock items shipped first, contact help@wh40kfigure.com (additional shipping fees may apply).
Preorder ETAs are manufacturer estimates and may change.
Delivery Claims
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, or if tracking stalls and the package appears lost in transit, we’ll help.
If you purchased Shopping Guarantee at checkout
Your order is fully protected.
For non-delivery or loss, we’ll resend your package at no extra cost, even if the courier denies liability.
Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update at help@wh40kfigure.com and we’ll handle the rest.
If you did not purchase Shopping Guarantee
We’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Carrier investigations can take up to 30 days (varies by provider).
Refunds/replacements are only issued if the carrier approves the claim.

Damaged Items
Please email help@wh40kfigure.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the product, inner packaging, outer carton, and shipping label
We’ll assess and advise next steps according to carrier/manufacturer policies.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for every shipment and activates after dispatch. You’ll receive an email with your link; if you don’t see it, check spam/promotions or contact help@wh40kfigure.com.
Some orders may ship from partner warehouses to improve speed and availability; you’ll still receive full tracking.
Customs Duties, VAT & Taxes (International Orders)
Shop with complete confidence! We cover 100% of any customs fees and import taxes for our international customers. The price you see at checkout is the final, total price you pay to have the items delivered to your door. There are absolutely no hidden costs or surprise charges.
In the rare event that your local customs authority contacts you to pay a duty or tax to release your shipment, please follow this simple process for a full and prompt reimbursement:
- Pay the Fee: Please pay the required amount directly to the customs authority to ensure your package is released without delay.
- Send Us the Bill: Email a clear photo or scan of the official customs receipt to our support team at [help@wh40kfigure.com]. Please be sure to include your original order number in the email subject line.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we verify the receipt, we will immediately issue a full refund for the exact customs charge amount back to your original payment method.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or refusal to pay duties/taxes can be reshipped once received back, subject to new shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
